My name is Leah. I am an interior decorator and writer for this lifestyle and home decor blog. I love using this blog as a creative outlet and community-building environment where we can all share in the joys of adulting, parenting, and home-ownership or renting. My hope with this blog is to provide encouragement, creativity and inspiration for your day, and maybe give you the confidence you need to make some changes in your own home and life.
One of the things I love most about blogging is reading and supporting fellow bloggers. The more time I invest in this space of the internet, the more I realize what a great and supportive community blogging is. Yes, there’s an overwhelming number of blogs out there these days, but there seems to be room for everyone. Today I’m going to share with you a few of my favorite blogs that I follow religiously and inspire me daily.
As we begin transitioning into the cooler months of the year (I know some of you have already put up all your fall decorations and busted out the pumpkin-spiced everything), I start to think about blankets, boots, and hot delicious beverages. While going out to coffee shops is fun, it can certainly turn into an expensive habit. This expense, as well as America’s addiction and love of coffee, has led to a huge trend in at-home coffee bars over the last few years. Not only are they practical, they’re fun, cute, and great for when company comes over allowing your guests to easily help themselves to your coffee supplies. Today, I’m sharing with you 5 themed coffee stations that you can easily replicate at home. Weekend project!
Yesterday was SO crazy that rather than writing out a blog post for today, I had to settle for a beautiful video of me this morning. If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seem this in my Instastory. There is some SUPER exciting things happening in the next few weeks that I just had to share with you as quickly as possible.
I can’t believe we are only a few weeks out from having another human live in our house. Just like the last one, this baby doesn’t go through any sort of interview process or application to take up residence in our home. She’s going to move-in and be a part of our family whether we like her or not.
