Hi everyone! You made it to Friday! And so did I! No baby yet, but I really needed her to hold off until the end of this week at least. It’s been a crazy month, and I finally feel like I’m at the finish line.
I finished two interior design jobs this week. Well, mostly finished. Both clients are at solid points in their projects where their rooms/homes are functional and looking great. I will have to go back to both of their houses after I recover from childbirth and do a few more little aesthetic things, and hopefully take some photographs to show you all, but both clients are really pleased at this point which makes me so happy.
If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen some sneak peeks of the playroom project on my stories. I would post some here but my awful photography skills along with my iPhone photos make me cringe a little bit.
In other news, I’ve had several people enroll in my Free Closet Organization Mini Course, which makes me squeal with delight.
If you haven’t enrolled, you can do it today. It’s totally free and this is literally the best time to give your closets some love. Just as the weather is cooling off and many of you are starting to switch out your summer clothes for winter sweaters and fall boots. Also, being Friday, it’s a great little weekend project. There are a few materials you may need to swing by Target for on your way home, so check those out before you leave work today. But for real, I just stare at my closets now. I love them so much. They are like little works of art.
I have two more videos to film before I can release my first FULL online course, Organize It, and hopefully I can get those done today. Hold off one more day baby girl!
If you have any interest in fully organizing your home and making it super functional and great looking, this is the course for you. If you enroll in the Free Mini Course, that is actually Day 2 of the full, weeklong course, so you can really see if you like it. (You will). You can actually pre-register for Organize It now. Guys, a lot of hard work was put into this course for you, and I’m living in the fruit of that hard work now- an awesomely organized and functional house.
If you struggle at all with productivity and organization, or just want more time to have fun rather than put things away, this is a great course for you. It’s literally like having a personal home organizer come to your house and lend you a hand- only way cheaper.
Final piece of news, my guests posts will be starting next week so keep an eye out. I already have a great one scheduled for Tuesday that I’m super excited about. You will be seeing at least one guest post a week throughout the month of October and a few posts from me sprinkled in. Get excited!
As for baby news, pay attention to my Instagram or Facebook page for updates. She’s due October 12th and we are all ready for her, mostly. Riley is SO excited. I can’t believe we are going to be a family of four in just a few more days. It’s just been the three of us for so long. It’s crazy how no amount of prep-work at home can really prepare you for this new human with her own personality and needs. A few prayers for a smooth delivery and transition home would be very welcomed!
If you have any tips for me on bringing home baby #2, they are most welcome. We’ve been prepping our girl for months, but I know it will be a change for ALL of us.
Enjoy your weekend everybody! Hopefully it involves some quality time with friends and family, maybe a fall activity or two, and maybe, just MAYBE, a bit of organizing 🙂
