What’s your favorite summer food and drink? I basically live off of watermelon and iced coffee in the summer. Watermelon is just so refreshing and iced coffee is my 2:00 pick-me-up. In the hot summer months, I can’t bear to think of a hot beverage in the middle of the day when my butt is dragging and I have things to do. Or on the better days when I’m laying by the pool. The only problem is, my daily craving for iced coffee can really do a number on my bank account. When I know it’s going to be a hot week ahead, I’ll start it off by making a batch of my favorite creamy iced coffee and guys, it is SO EASY!!!
