What’s your favorite summer food and drink? I basically live off of watermelon and iced coffee in the summer. Watermelon is just so refreshing and iced coffee is my 2:00 pick-me-up. In the hot summer months, I can’t bear to think of a hot beverage in the middle of the day when my butt is dragging and I have things to do. Or on the better days when I’m laying by the pool. The only problem is, my daily craving for iced coffee can really do a number on my bank account. When I know it’s going to be a hot week ahead, I’ll start it off by making a batch of my favorite creamy iced coffee and guys, it is SO EASY!!!

What you’ll need:

• Coffee Maker
• Your favorite coffee- I like this and lately, I’m loving this
• Pitcher– I also like this one
• Sweetened Condensed Milk

Step 1: Make a pot of your favorite coffee.

I make 8 cups because I’m the only one who drinks coffee in the house and this will last me a couple days.

Step 2: Add 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk for every 4 cups of coffee brewed.

Adding it while the coffee is hot helps with easy mixing.

Step 3: Chill in refrigerator for about 6 hours or overnight.

Step 4: Serve over ice and enjoy!
